Back in February 2024, we held a transformative residential weekend, held at Herd Farm in beautiful West Yorkshire.
The weekend brought together creative mental health professionals from the areas of dance, photography, music, drama, art, somatic movement, poetry and writing - as well as therapists, academics and health professionals.
Together we implemented the 'Open Space' method to hold self-organising workshops that explored a wide array of themes that ranged power and healing, to intersections and politics.
We captured the conversations and workshops and collated them into a book....
